This morning after breakfast drive to Kanchipuram famous for its temples,silk dress material & silk sarees. Later drive to Mahabalipuram. Visit the famous Sun Temple there, later proceed to see the rock cut temples and Arjuna’s penance. Overnight stay at hotel.
After breakfast, day is free to relax by the beach and explore by the beach. Overnight in hotel.
Drive to Pondicherry after an early breakfast. Arrive check in and relax. Afternoon visit Auroville and Pondicherry Museum or just relax by the beautiful beaches that run along the city. Overnight at hotel.
This morning after breakfast visit Pondicherry city and drive to Trichy, enroute visiting Gangaikondcholapuram and Chidambaram. Arrive Trichy check in and relax. Overnight in hotel.
Morning after breakfast visit the famous Rock Fort temple and Sri Ranganathswamy temple. Later drive to Tanjore. Arrive Tanjore check in. Later visit to the Thanjavur ( Tanjore ) Palace and the Brihadeeshwara Temples. Return to the hotel and relax. Overnight stay in hotel.
After breakfast drive to Madurai this morning. Arrive and check in. This afternoon visit the Palace and Meenakshi Temple . Return to the hotel, relax a while and proceed to the Meenakshi Temple once again to witness the night temple ceremony. Overnight stay in hotel.
This morning after breakfast drive to Periyar. Arrive Periyar in the afternoon, check in and relax. The afternoon is free for independent activities. Overnight in hotel.
After breakfast take a boat ride on Lake Periyar this morning. Witness the wildlife that surrounds the lake. Afternoon walk in Periyar town and shop for some fresh spices which produced in abundance in the region. Overnight in hotel.
After relaxed breakfast this morning drive to Cochin . Arrive Cochin and relax. Afternoon city tour of Cochin visiting the Dutch Palace , Jew Town , Chinese fishing nets and St. Francis Xavier’s Church. Overnight in Cochin hotel.
Morning after breakfast drive to Kumarakom. Arrive at the hotel check in and relax. Afternoon is set aside to relax or walk in the paddy fields that surround this beautiful lake island town – KUMARAKOM. Overnight stay at hotel.
