Morning depart by surface for Saputara via Nasik ( 270 kms). Saputara is a hill resort, known as abode of serpents. It can serve as a base camp for visiting various tribal villages in the area. Visit the famous Dangi tribe considered to be the most primitive tribal community of this region. On arrival check in at hotel. Rest of the day at leisure. Evening after dinner, witness the Dangi Tribal dance. Overnight at hotel.
After breakfast proceed for full day excursion of tribal villages, visiting Limba, Kosambia and other villages north of Saputara. Here you will closely observe the various life styles of Dangi tribe. Morning after breakfast proceed Chhota Udaipur to see the Rathwa tribes in and around the region. It is considered one of most primitive tribal belt of Gujarat. After an early lunch drive by jeep to the tribal villages like Kol, Kharakwada, Timla, Devhat etc. Late evening return to Palace Dinner and Overnight.
Morning after break fast proceed to tribal museum of Chhota Udaipur and later on drive to nearby village to visit the local market where we can see many tribal people. Aftrelunch in hotel continue to visit couple of more villages of tribal to see PITHORA wall paintings in their houses. Late evening return to Palace for overnight.
Morning after breakfast drive to vadodara enroute visiting Champaner Fort of Pawagadh built in 15th centuary by the Sultan of Ahmedabad Mehmud. Begadha, Nagina and Jami mosques are the most beautiful speciman of Indo saracenic architecture. Morning after breakfast drive to Zainabad enroute visiting Patan and Modhera. Anhilwad Patan was the capital of Gujarat it is the only place in Gujarat where one can see the double Ikat Patola Saree. Later proceed to Modhera to visit Sun Temple, the best example of Hindu architecture. After lunch drive to the base camp of Zainabad for overnight stay.
Morning after breakfast take safari in little Rann of Kutch to see the Asiatic Wild Ass and around 275 various species of birds. Experience the Bajana Tribes and some cattle breeders. Dinner and overnight stay.
Morning depart Zainabad enroute visiting Tundavandh tribal Rabari village – the inhabitants of this tribe are semi – nomads who travel with their herds of cattle in search of the fodder. Continue the drive to Bhuj. On arrival transfer to hotel for overnight.
